Global partnerships, scaled development, and next-gen electric vessels position Pollentia for its upcoming development phase
Dallas — July 24, 2025 — One year after emerging from stealth, Pollentia, the electric marine startup redefining sustainable boating, is announcing a major milestone in its journey to transform the global boating industry. From breakthrough R&D to active testing, ecosystem agreements, and a growing lineup of smart electric vessels, Pollentia is shifting from foundational development to full-scale global deployment.
Pollentia’s vision is no longer theoretical — it’s visible, tested, and gaining real traction. Global partnerships are underway, manufacturing is scaling, and the company’s electric boats are now setup for production, poised to power a cleaner, smarter, and safer marine future.
“We’ve been in the background testing, refining, and pushing forward since 2020. One year ago, we finally stepped into the spotlight,” said Tyler Temple, founder and CEO of Pollentia. “This is about creating something that actually changes how people move, work, and live around water. The support we’ve gotten tells us we’re on the right track. We are people helping other people — we always focus on the needs of others rather than some flashy model.”
Since its public debut in 2024, Pollentia has made bold progress:
“The tech we’re building isn’t flashy for the sake of being flashy but rather it’s truly intelligent, it's scalable, and it solves real problems,” said Ivan Shterev, co-founder and CTO of Pollentia. “We’re working with AI, energy systems, and modular designs in ways that just make sense for the future. It’s exciting to finally show people what we’ve been working on during all those late nights and long meetings.”
Pollentia’s Ventus Line features 20- to 40-foot electric boats for recreation, including multi-sport and cruising variants. The company's commercial and defense efforts are rapidly expanding due to surging demand from cities, governments, and operators for electric ferries, cargo solutions, and patrol systems.
An early pilot customer and investor added:
“The first time I saw what Pollentia was doing, I had that ‘whoa, this is the future’ moment. It’s sleek, smart, and way ahead of anything else I’ve seen in the space — or even other spaces. You’re stepping into what you’d expect the future to look like years ago. I’m all in.”
This milestone comes as the global marine electrification market is projected to surpass over $22 billion by 2033, driven by rising fuel costs, sustainability mandates, and demand for high-performance electric alternatives.
Pollentia’s AI integration, zero-emission propulsion, and modular designs aren’t just ahead of the curve but rather they’re setting the new standard.
“This anniversary was more than just a look back; it’s an aggressive launch forward,” Temple added. “We’re shifting from building to scaling. We’ve laid the foundation for smart marine systems and now we’re activating that globally. Our goal: make smart electric boats as normal as electric cars.”
