Welcome Ralph Peter Price and Brian Karas to Its Board of Advisors

Pollentia is pleased to announce the addition of two new strategic advisors to our board: Ralph Peter Price and Brian Karas.

Ralph Peter Price

With over 21 years of experience in the marine industry, Ralph brings deep technical expertise and leadership to Pollentia. His background spans marine engineering, Oil & Gas, LNG, and the superyacht sector. He holds a Marine Chief Engineer Officer Commercial Unlimited license and has earned over 30 certifications in disciplines such as internal auditing, design thinking, and strategic planning. Ralph was educated through a Japanese Ministry of Transport scholarship and has a long-standing family heritage in maritime operations. He will support Pollentia’s expansion and technical direction in marine engineering and operations.

Brian Karas

Brian has built and led go-to-market strategies at leading security and AI analytics companies, including FLIR, Avigilon, and VideoIQ. He specializes in product and sales strategy for AI-powered systems that require high-performance, efficient design. Brian currently works as a strategic advisor and consultant to companies in the security technology space and actively participates in standard-setting organizations such as SIA. He will advise Pollentia on product development, security integration, and go-to-market execution across both marine and defense initiatives.

Both advisors bring critical sector experience and leadership that align with Pollentia’s mission to innovate in sustainable electric boating and intelligent defense technologies.
