Pollentia Establishes New Headquarters in California

As Pollentia continues its evolution into a global marine technology company, we are officially relocating our headquarters to Palo Alto, California.

Pollentia has officially moved its headquarters from Dallas, Texas to Palo Alto, California, marking a strategic shift aligned with the company’s transition into a technology-first organization serving the global marine industry. The decision reflects where Pollentia is today and where it is headed next.

When Pollentia was founded, Dallas provided a strong operational base during its early phase as an electric boat manufacturer. As the company evolved into a marine intelligence platform focused on software, AI systems, and embedded vessel technology, the need for a different operating environment became clear. Pollentia’s work now centers on systems development, platform partnerships, and global integration rather than localized manufacturing operations.

Palo Alto places Pollentia closer to key technology partners, engineering talent, and strategic collaborators across software, infrastructure, and advanced systems. The move supports faster iteration, deeper technical collaboration, and stronger alignment with the ecosystems driving next-generation platforms and applied AI.

While Palo Alto will serve as Pollentia’s core headquarters, the company will continue to operate distributed hubs across the United States and internationally. Austin remains an active presence for operations, partnerships, and industry engagement, alongside additional locations supporting manufacturing partners, service networks, and global initiatives.

Pollentia’s structure is intentionally global. The company works across regions, time zones, and markets, supporting manufacturers, fleets, and infrastructure partners wherever marine operations exist. Establishing a headquarters in California strengthens that network without centralizing the company’s identity to a single geography.

This move reinforces Pollentia’s long-term focus: building a unified intelligence platform for the marine industry while remaining flexible, distributed, and closely connected to the partners and systems shaping the future of maritime operations worldwide.
